We love our beautiful house in the “Cottages”. We appreciate Timberline Builder’s focus on quality, convenient location, energy efficiency, many windows, and other details which make the house special. We are really happy with the design and layout of our house. The green belts, trails and common areas will be beautiful when fully developed. The location is great with views of the mountains and Lake Pagosa. With our patio home we have freedom to spend our time enjoying the beauty of Southwestern Colorado, traveling, and fun activities rather than maintenance. We are saving time and money on gas because we are within a mile from the grocery store and close to other amenities. Timberline Builder’s flexibility and responsiveness to our desires and concerns made the building process fun and enjoyable. Thank you for our beautiful home.
